30 pict vs. 31 pict

Hallo!
Ich habe aktuell noch den Brosol 31 pict verbaut. Ja, ich weiss, dass das nicht optimal ist und ich hier ja davor gewarnt wurde. Eigentlich läuft er ganz passabel.
Da hier aber immer alle auf originale Vergaser bestehen, überlege ich, den 30 pict 3 einzubauen.
Wenn ich es aus der Bezeichnung richtig rauslese, hat der Brosol ja mehr Durchlass.
Merkt man den Unterschied in der Leistung?
Verbaut ist ein originaler D1 Motor.
Mit der Leistung war ich eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden, weshalb ich nach dem Umbau nicht unbedingt Leistungseinbußen haben möchte.
Macht der Tausch Sinn, oder wirkt sich das eher negativ aus?

Hallo Eike,
der passende Vergaser,hier der 30er, sollte immer besser funktionieren . Wichtig ist das es auch der richtige 30PICT-3 Vergaser ist. Auf der linken Seite des Vergaserfußes steht dan eine Nummer,z.B. VW 525-4 Aus einer Liste , die ich leider nicht habe, kann man dann genau die richtigen Düsen ect. ablesen.
Es wäre schön wenn jemand Zugriff auf eine solche Liste hat und uns Einblick gewähren könnte.

Also ich habe den ganzen Vergaser abgesucht und keine Zahlenkombination gefunden.

Sehr sicher oder du hast einen uralten Vergaser. Vergaserfuß,also ganz,ganz unten,in Fahrtrichtung links hinter dem Drosselklappenhebel, da wo der Gaszug dranhängt.

So alt dürfte der nicht sein, da er den Anschluss für den Schlauch zum Luftfilter hat.
Ich werde nochmal suchen.

Dann hast du einen Mexiko Käfer. Ich komme darauf weil ich heute einen mit dieser Vergaserfußnummer in Behandlung hatte.Welches Baujahr? Welche Düsen sind rechts im Vergaser eingebaut. Und in welcher Reihenfolge? Ich habe G 47,5 und G 40 vorgefunden. Ich bin mir aber nicht sicher ob es die richtigen sind und welche wo hinkommt.

Vorne sieht es aus vie eine 40, die hintere (quer zur Fahrtrichtung) sieht aus wie 55.

Wie sieht es denn nun leistungsmäßig aus mit dem Vergaser?
Kann ich den bedenkenlos einbauen?

Hallo Eike,
der wird auf jeden Fall besser funktionieren.Ich büchse den Vergasr aus und ersetze alle Dichtungen und Membranen ( Überholsatz ) Ich werde dann mal die hintere Düse anpassen.

Kleines Update:
Der Umbau/ Austausch hat nicht geklappt.
Nachdem der Vergaser auf Grundeinstellung eingestellt wurde (jedenfalls nach den Anleitungen), "verschluckte" sich der Motor bei jedem Gasgeben erstmal.
Erst nach jeweils 2 Sekunden, nahm er einigermaßen Gas an.
Ach eine Verstellung der CO-Schraube brachte nix.
Der Vergaser wurde geschallt, durchgepustet und konnte komplett durchtrocknen. Vor dem Zusammenbau wurde er nochmal durchgepustet. Wasser schliesse ich also aus, wobei mich die Reaktion ein wenig daran erinnert hat.
Über das Röhrchen wird auch genug eingespritzt und es sitzt auch in der richtigen Stellung.
Also erstmal wieder auf den Brosol zurückgerüstet.

Hallo Eike,
beim nächsten mal wenn du meinst es könnte Wasser vor einer Düse sitzen lege einfach die Hand auf den Vergaser während der Motor läuft. Dadurch saugt sich der Tropfen durch die Düse. Also wie Jesus. Kurieren durch Hand auflegen.
