Hey, ich hab ne 180er Kupplung drin, kann ich ohne Probleme auf 200er bauen???

klar aber bei den 200er Schwung Axialspiel einstellen nicht vergessen!

Dennoch würde ich das, wenn nicht unbedingt notwendig, auch nicht tun, da auch VW Kurbelwelle und Schwungrad zusammen gewuchtet hat. Das zerstörst du dir damit natürlich.

Hmm okay, wie prüfe ich das axialspiel? und mit was wird das eingestellt? Shims?

Lass das Schwungrad eh erleichtern, dann geb ich die Kurbelwelle gleich mit!

it is very important to keep the wear of the axial bearing in mind.

I once put on an other flywheel aswel, measured the endplay and shimmed it out.
When I was ready the engine turned just a tiny little bit.

Turned out I had the right axial play but the play was between the engine case and the sides of the bearing. not between the crack and the bearing, here there was no play at all, it was pushed together. The couple degrees that the engine could turn was excesive play on the bearing dowel.
Not having any time to sort all of this properly I just put in bigger shims, what I had plus The minimum endplay and the car did do a 15,25 on the quartermile and drove several 1000 kilometers after that.

Maybe it is a good starting point too measure it in advance before removing the old wheel so you have a startingpoint in mind.
